What exactly is Board of Directors?

In a business, a board of owners is a group who happen to be elected by the shareholders for making key decisions for the organization. They have the obligation to act in the interests of the company as well as stakeholders make policies just for dividends, corporate governance, and even more. The aboard has the responsibility to ensure the conditions for decisions are properly thought out. It also has a purpose in the auditing process, which in turn includes hiring an auditor and ensuring that the audits are completed in a timely manner.
